As a celebration of International Transgender Day of Visibility, an annual event dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide, as well as a celebration of their contributions to society, Milford Pride will be hosting an exhibit at The Firehouse Gallery featuring local Connecticut transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming artists. The theme for the show is “Trans Joy,” artistic representations of the beauty of the trans experience.
